We didn’t set out to invent a new food — it happened during an ordinary Sunday lunch.
A simple joke at the table turned into a spark, and that spark became Tortellizza: a sliceable, stuffed pasta born from curiosity, family laughter, and a moment of pure playfulness.
The next day we created the first prototype, and it worked instantly — a new shape, a new texture, a new way to share food.
